We are delighted to announce Freddie Hamilton as our new Head of Investment, effective from September.

Freddie has been an integral part of our team since early 2023, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience in sourcing, analysing and executing UK tech investments across Pre-Seed to Series B stages.

He has served as a board member for several early-stage tech companies, including prominent Oxford University spinouts Brill Power, Oxford Quantum Circuits and Salience Labs. His industry experience also includes a stint as an Entrepreneur in Residence with Exor Ventures, one of Europe’s foremost venture capital investors.

Commenting on his appointment, Freddie says:

“We’re looking to close 2024 on a high note, with successful raises for Zeus Sleep, Abode and Hydrologiq. Our 2025 pipeline is looking incredibly strong, particularly in the tech sector, where Growthdeck members will have the opportunity to co-invest alongside leading UK and international VCs. My team is focused on expanding our network of co-investors, sourcing the highest-quality deals and increasing the frequency of opportunities we deliver to our members.”
