We are delighted to announce that Kieron Launder, former Chief Investment Officer at Schroder & Co (the private banking arm of the global investment manager), has been appointed as our new Head of Investment.

Kieron has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector and has worked across a number of leading financial institutions, including Lazard and Citibank.

He later headed up the strategic investment advisory service at Rothschild private bank, where he advised UHNW families on long-term investing and specific risk mitigation, and he was also Head of Investment Strategy at Cazenove Capital.

Kieron’s new Head of Investment role at Growthdeck follows his time as a key member of our advisory board, where he provided input into new prospective investment opportunities and assisted with challenges being faced by existing portfolio companies.

Kieron says:
