We’re pleased to report that Peel Land & Property, one of the largest land and property companies in the UK, has incorporated software from portfolio company Fissara into its property maintenance toolkit following an extensive trial and development period.
The solution that has been delivered by Fissara enables tenants, security staff and property managers to capture issues with a property quickly and simply via the Gophix mobile application and then subsequently provides the necessary servicing information to engineers, contractors and the property management team.
This software solution is the first fully-digital, end-to-end property maintenance system of its kind. It increases productivity and provides flexibility when managing property issues by improving business processes and lowering the amount of administration work required to service tenants, ultimately significantly reducing operating costs.
Congratulations to the Property team at Fissara for this significant achievement, which is testament to the company’s capabilities and knowledge when it comes to operational software, and which adds to its already-impressive customer base, with Peel Land & Property now joining the likes of O2 and Motorola Solutions.
This news builds on what has already been a very busy year for Fissara, with the business gaining traction in India after opening an office in Mumbai and its team gearing up for the launch of its new product, Aderro. This innovative new software, which is already gaining attention from trade publications, will streamline the entire process of waste and bulk transport management, and it will be officially launching at RWM 2019 in September, the UK's largest recycling and waste management exhibition and conference.
