Proven in the US, Canada, and China, the founders of Abode – who have successfully launched and sold similar businesses in the commercial property sector – recognised that no comparable service exists at scale in the UK.

As a result, they have secured contracts for buildings across the country with prominent property management firms.

With a clear first-mover advantage, Abode is now raising a minimum of £750k EIS-eligible equity to facilitate the rollout of screens across this portfolio and we have exclusively secured £500k of this round.
